CANADIAN KARTING CHALLENGE HEADS TO SHANNONVILLE JULY 11-13
“Third round of the CKC travels to famed venue mid-July”
July 4, 2014 – After two successful rounds of the inaugural season of the Canadian Karting Challenge, the series is set to head to the Shannonville Motorsport Park for round three. Set for July 11-13, competitors will put their skills to the test at the unique and challenging venue, and race for cold, hard cash.
Practice is scheduled for Friday, July 11 from 4 to 8pm. Two full race days will follow Saturday, July 12 and Sunday July 13.
Saturday classes include:
- Junior Lite
- Junior Heavy
- Senior Honda
- Master Honda
- Mini Max
- Senior TaG/Rotax
- Senior 125 Shifter
- Rotax DD2
Sunday classes include:
- Junior Briggs
- Senior Briggs
- Master Briggs
- Junior Rotax
- Master TaG/Rotax
- Senior 125 Shifter
As an added incentive, all classes on Sunday with ten or more entries will be vying for cash prizes, with $500 split between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers.
Canadian Karting Challenge series officials would like to extend their thanks and gratitude to event sponsors, Ultra Coat Industries and Airway Automotive Services, who will sponsor both Saturday and Sunday’s racing action.
As always, this Canadian Karting Challenge round is open to all Members of ASN registered karting clubs. Come one, come all to race at Shannonville with the CKC July 11-13!
