Track Procedure Overview

Innisfil Indy Karting is to follow and enforce all government stipulated guidelines for health and safety of us all. It is our responsibility to remain constantly aware of the protocols associated with preventing and spread of Covid-19.

As the pandemic subsides, we MUST all do our part to remain vigilant to ensure safety for all.

Please note that these procedures only represent the first stage and as the situation evolves we will continue to move ahead towards a normal karting experience.

DURING YOUR TRACK VISIT YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Failure to meet you will be asked to leave the premise. Please DO NOT visit if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19


Track Sessions & Fees

INDY KARTING will be offering TWO SESSIONS. Morning Session from 9am to 2pm and Afternoon Session from 3pm to 8pm (move-in 2:30pm). Morning session must be off property prior to 2:30pm. Gates will be closed once session begins. Gates will only be open for MOVE-IN and MOVE-OUT times only. If you arrive after the session begins you must call and get approval from Ros INNISFIL e @ 905-775-4686.

Track Memberships Sales will be on hold until further notice.

Session cost as follows:

  • IKC Members $75 per session
  • Non member $90 per session

Payment MUST be received 24 hours in advanced by email transfer to racing@innisfiliindy.com Please indicate date and time.

Parents with Children

  • If the child is not a driver please leave at home as these sessions are only for DRIVER & MECHANIC (guardian) at this time.
  • Parents are responsible to ensure their kids follow the Covid -19 guidelines

Physical (Social) Distancing
  • GATES to paddock area will closed during each session.
  • We strongly recommend everyone have a mask & gloves when physical distancing is not possible. Safety of our staff and visitors are our priority. The track will not be providing for non employees at this time.
  • Track sessions are limited and each driver is allowed 1 guardian or 1 mechanic for each driver.
  • Upon arrival a spot will be assigned to you on the paddock
  • NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED during the first phase.

TAKE NOTICE: People who ignore Physical (Social) distancing procedures will be asked to leave the premises at any given time throughout the day


Covid-19 Policies/Procedures
  • Practice Physical distancing when around other members, visitors and employees. Keep min. 2 meters apart.
  • When physical distancing is not possible proper PPE MUST be worn.
  • Wash hands regularly when water and soap is available
  • Disinfect your hands with alcohol based (min. 70%) hand sanitizer regularly
  • Use latex or rubber gloves when using communal tools or sanitize them after use.
  • When in pit area and after helmets are removed it will be mandatory to wear a mask. Zero tolerance to this rule.
  • RESPECT other members space and property
  • If you come in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 please inform track facility immediately.
  • If you are experiencing any of the following COVID-19 symptoms as per the government of Ontario guidelines:
    • Fever
    • Chills
    • Cough that’s new or worsening (continues, more than usual)
    • Barking cough, making a squeaky or whistling noise when breathing (croup)
    • Shortness of breath (out of breath, unable to breath deeply)
    • Sore throat
    • Difficulty swallowing
